Lol! Dave, please stop with the "sky won't let them have it" issue - yes they will! They have offfered it and made it available to them. Just not at the price VM thought of value.
Anyhoo, suppose time will tell...!

Or making it up.
I think it an wee bit to early for Virgin CS workers to know that info.
I have been told in the past that Virgin CS only find out an day or two before Virgin Media do what they are going to do.

Maybe then mate, but CS should just say they don't know, instead of feeding the customer with possible rubbish.

Seriously, we won't stand for sensible posts like this! Wild and rampant speculation is the order of the day!

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
Was in Preston city centre yesterday and was collared by a old friend who was working on the sky stall, after a interesting conversation regarding sky and vm he told me that sky atlantic will infact be on VMtv within the next few months.sky and vm have now got a new common enemy bt and will see a lot more cooperation between the two company's for the foreseeable future,How true this all is only time will tell but he had no reason to tell me anything different

Things are looking that way,it's about time they did work together.all channels should be available on both formats, you will always have people who prefer either.i have experienced bt in the past and I personally find not to deal with any company which starts there name with British.

Sounds like potential anti competitive behavior from SKY and Virgin if true. It could land both companies in very hot water if they are seen to be colluding against a rival. This is not good for the customers. It's this type of behavior that leads to price fixing and strangles innovation.

SKY have withheld channels from competitors in the past, so why would they suddenly be in hot water if they team with Virgin to take BT down?

Sounds like collusion to me, which can be highly illegal.
Collusion Definition:
"A non-competitive agreement between rivals that attempts to disrupt the market's equilibrium. By collaborating with each other, rival firms look to alter the price of a good to their advantage. The parties may collectively choose to restrict the supply of a good, and/or agree to increase its price in order to maximize profits. Groups may also collude by sharing private information, allowing them to benefit from insider knowledge."

I personally wouldn't think they will be colluding I suspect by working together would mean that sky will be more open to negotiating with vm regarding missing channels,as for price fixing I think that's going a tad far.lets not forget due to bt's ridiculous bids for premier league sky had to up there offers causing them to up there customers prices.cheers for that bt
