But alas 5 CL's compared to a puny 0 l think tells you who is number one in these parts and alas you have never tasted the sweetness of European success but wait a while and it might just come to those who wait.

Yes a total waster in my mind who is deluded by his high opinion of his own ability.

Wenger wants Higuain
Jorge Higuain, father of Real Madrid striker, on Friday met with Arsène Wenger, Arsenal London, to discuss the possible signing of Argentine tip.
MARCA.com has been told the meeting was fruitful and everything is on track to finally produce an agreement. Higuain's family is happy with the proposed plans from London, while Arsenal would receive him with open arms.
Jorge Higuain will now have to move the offer received by Arsenal to Real Madrid. The white club calls in principle, 30 million euros by Gonzalo Higuain. The figure proposed by the Arsenal does not reach this amount, but the English club hopes that the player will help close the deal for less money.

30m euros is around 25m pounds.
Real Madrids President doesnt really like Higuain. I reckon Arsenal could nab him on the cheap but I hope to God we don't miss out!

Perhaps say something silly (eg pretend you think think liverpool will finish in top 6 )

Well, you've got:
City, Utd and Chelsea battling for title. I see Che and City being the 2 that inevitably break away in the last few weeks of the season. (it always ends up being 2).
Then you have Spurs and Arsenal battling for the best of the rest.
You have to fancy Everton will probably drop abit now. Their "success" if you can call it that was mainly in stifling superior opposition as opposed to imposing their game on lesser sides who they didn't do as well against. I can't see Martinez getting the same commitment levels against the best sides.
So therefore, I see Liverpool comfortably 6th best. However, should they improve as they should, perhaps challenge spurs and arsenal.
