Confirmed: Virgin Media to broadcast Local TV on Virgin Channel 159.
The head of the London Evening Standard's TV channel 'London Live' has confirmed to the Westminster Media Forum on local media. "What "still needs to be resolved" is Virgin Media's offer of slot 159 on its TV service." Which he feels is too low down.

 | Considering how few viewers these local channels will get, it needs to go a lot lower down on the EPG than 159

Why give Local TV Channel 159 when Virgin Media have the following channels free (As of May 30th)?

-Channel 119
-Channel 120 and
-Channel 141.
