However both Tivo and particulaly customers with 4 products are very sticky for VM.
 
Added to that are some people who just love the brand.
 
So minimal impact is my personal view.

			Doesn't all services ie Sky, TalkTalk and VM ALL use BT cables and telecommincations system ie exchanges.
 So, l cannot see any problems.
