Strange question/incident about sky sports F1

Hi guys, I recently signed up for virgin media (about 3-4 weeks ago). We've had the essentials collection but upped the TV from M to L. We've had 2 Tivo boxes, one for the living room and one in the bedroom. On day one I was looking through the TV channels and noticed that we got sky sports 3 & 4 and also sky sports F1 which I was extremely happy about. However, I noticed a couple of days ago that one of the boxes (living room) has lost those 3 channels. The other box in the bedroom still receives them. I've been looking online and every site I check seems to show that the only way I should be getting those 3 channels is with the sky sports package. We don't have that. And we also don't get, and never have got, sky sports 1 & 2. Am I somehow getting those 3 channels when i shouldn't be? And is there anyway to get them back on the other box? I daren't turn the bedroom box off incase I lose them on there aswell. I've tried scanning for channels but it didn't bring them back. I also don't wanna ring their customer support incase they say we shouldn't have them and remove them from the bedroom box.

Thanks for any help.

What do you mean by 'I've tried scanning for channels'? How do you do that?

Re: Strange question/incident about sky sports F1

I pressed the "Home" button, then went through "Help & Settings" --> "Help" --> "TiVo Box" --> "TV Care" --> "Missing Channels".

I mistakenly got Sky Premium HD on one box for a year (back when it was per box), don't ring them about anything or its gone.
