And that article linked is over 2 years old, is the situation the same? Or has anything changed since then?

Or is it still too high? | l think the deduction as PB says is its still too high as it is not on any other platform either.

Yes I have already said that Skysports on Now TV should be around £5 a day max.

But if they made it too cheap, people would cancel SkySports in their droves on both Sky and VM.

So to them it's a reasonable price to charge without loosing too much subs.

I've no idea if SA has been offered to other platforms, last article I could see was from 2 years ago again and Sky hadn't offered SmallWorld it. Has it been offered out recently?

And please don't let the facts get in the way that indeed you are just talking about costs of a channel that you have actually no idea what the cost was/is/could be.

Of course l have no idea what exactly they were asking for but you don't have to be Einstein to deduct that they are asking way too much for it thus this is why it still remains only on Sky's platform unless you have know something Paul that we don't know.

But as you don't know the fee, you are just assuming it is.. and until someone provides a figure (and even then it might still be debatable its too high), then no one knows.

When was the last time any official information came from Sky/VM regarding Sky Atlantic apart from the articles over 2 years ago?

Has it been offered to Smallworld and other providers?

Yes it is indeed a assumption but thus many others share exactly the same sentiment thus l don't think we are far from the truth on this matter Paul.
You would have to ask these providers but one suspects they were faced with the same unrealistic economic reality which Virgin faced on this matter.

If Bt could sort out a decent set top box, perhaps with 3 tuners like Virgin. Their offering with Infinity BB and BT Sport could become attractive. And they could certainly price it so, should they wish to.
