Re: BT Sports - Will you pay extra for it???

Highly unlikely I will pay an additional cost if it is not included in the XL package. I already pay for Sky Sports so might it be included in that package as per Sky F1?

Sorry, I meant include it in the Sky Sports package and rename it the Sports Collection or something (hopefully at no additional cost!).

Nope, I don't pay for sky sports either.
Any footy match I care to see is streamable 'somewhere' on the internet.

If this poll is a snapshot cross section, BT could be in trouble

Here is a blast from the past:

It's interesting to look back at views and opinions 4 years ago when ESPN came along.

Re: BT Sports - Will you pay extra for it???

BT will get viewers but they still need to pull a few things out the bag. its all very good being a rival to Sky. the big thing is whether BT can tap into any assets they have or can get hold of which could prove to be sleeping giants, then BT could see viability with more and more customers signing up whether its on its own platform or another. stating the obvious i know but thats how it is. it will be interesting nonetheless, ill sign up to see how its all evolving not to mention the football contents.

Have voted wait and see, but unless it's a nominal price and/or I win the lottery, probably not...

Re: BT Sports - Will you pay extra for it???

No from me, wouldn't pay for ESPN either if it wasn't included in XL.

PS my team aren't on TV much at the moment to make it worthwhile anyway! ;-)

And the majority had near enough the same views then so unless it is included in the XL pack this bodes ill for BT Sports in my humble opinion.

£113 a month now,so no way I will be adding to that.Think it should be free after all these price rises. With ESPN gone from that my package is starting to look overly expensive.

Re: BT Sports - Will you pay extra for it???

There's another issue though. My thoughts are that I love sport and currently get Sky Sports (in HD) plus ESPN via XL. But if I were no longer getting ESPN why would I pay for XL tv? I wouldn't, I'd move down to M+ TV, and subscribe to BT Sports instead.

I'm sure there'd be lots like me re-assessing if they needed to be paying for an XL TV pack with no ESPN in it.
