Got a few lamb shanks slow roasting in the oven over a bed of carrots, squash and onions with loads of fresh herbs and garlic.. Gonna serve it with a simple mash and some mint infused with the gravy...

 | Yes lamb shanks is always a meal that myself and my partner would always like to try but they have become quite pricey in the shops due to TV chefs using them in the last few years so l think thats a meal l will have to save for a special occasion for our family.
