			nothing and very little as have been suffering from a bout of gastroenteritis since Christmas night - lost appetite altogether.........good for a spot of crash weight loss   . both kids had it for a couple of days but had it like 4 days now and gettin us down with little sleep - plus a very grouchy 18 month and 4 half year olds.

Had a curry the other day and no-one told me it had prawns in it until I was violently ill.  Now I can hardly keep anything down and on a strict diet of flat lemonade and dry toast to keep my stomach happy.  As you say, good for a crash diet but wouldn't recommend it as a diet to do by choice.

			Just having  a large G&T and then we are all going  to tuck into a Chinese Banquet which will be followed by copious amounts of Red Wine. Hoping I will be sober enough to welcome the New Year in awake.
