Re: The iPhone thread
I kind of guessed Apple wouldn't promote it very well

In Apple's defence, neither have Google.

Re: The iPhone thread
Finally!
I'm sure it'll be updated for the iPad soon enough. The Google+ and YouTube apps started out as iPhone-only at first, before being updated to be "Universal".

What iOS version are you running and how much do you use it? And what apps have you got installed?

Re: The iPhone thread
If you are using Outlook & iTunes to sync, connect your iPhone to iTunes, highlight it then click on the info tab. You then have a choice under the Sync Calendars with Outlook of not to sync events older than a certain number of days which you choose

Re: The iPhone thread
A couple of things to say..
iOS 6.1 is out. http://www.tuaw.com/2013/01/28/ios-6...-for-download/.
This update does the following: - iTunes match subscribers can now download individual songs.
- US based users can use Siri to buy tickets through the Fandango movie service.
- LTE support for more carriers.
- Users can now reset their advertising identifier.
- If you have music playing, on the lock screen you can press home twice to bring up playback controls without unlocking the phone.
- External apps can now call on Apple maps to provide info on local and not so local points of interest.
- Apple maps now has a big report problems button instead of a link.
Also, Everything Everywhere has launched their Visual Voicemail service on the iPhone 5. Not sure if it's EE specific, or being offered to those on Orange and T Mobile tariffs, but to activate it, you need to text "iPhone visual" to 150. It apparently takes up to 24 hours to activate.

It's not been a feature of the iPhone, and this is an iPhone thread.

Re: The iPhone thread
It has been a feature on the iPhone for a while, it just looks slightly different now...

Re: The iPhone thread
Tweetbot (the best Twitter client available) has just been updated.
Among the new features are...the option to open links in Chrome or 1Password instead of Safari
The various Google apps already have the ability to open links in Chrome instead of Safari, so it's great that we're seeing other devs add the same function. Helps get around the inability to set a default browser (one of the few remaining things that would tempt me to Jailbreak).
Tweetbot (iPhone & iPod Touch)
Tweetbot (iPad)
