New Collections (VIP)

I currently pay £111.21 for the old VIP deal + extras.

I was just having a look at the newly configured VIP Collection and wondered if I would save money switching to it. It seems to have all the same things as I have plus faster broadband although I may have misread somewhere.

New Collections - https://my.virginmedia.com/customer-...llections.html

My bundle at present:

Talk International 2
Talk Mobile 2
Talk Unlimited
Call Display
TV Size XL
1 Additional V Box
V+ HD Monthly Fee
Tivo Monthly Fee
XXL 50Mb Broadband
BUNDLE CHARGES £57.56

Telephone Line Rental
PHONE LINE RENTAL £13.90

SkypremHD
Skymovie 2, Sky Movie 1, Sports 1
Sports 2
PREMIUM ADD-ONS @£39.75

TOTAL = £111.21

Is anyone any good at decoding VM's pricing deals who could advise if I would make any savings by switching?

Cheers

Ryan

Ryan, the current VIP works out at £112.90 but will give you 100Mb broadband and a better calls pack with the new Talk Unlimited Extra. So if these would be of benefit to you for the extra £1.70 them give them a call. Not sure if they'd charge any extra as you have a V+ rather than V HD so just check that too.

When you got the V+ box did you pay extra so you would not have to pay rental for it,if so inform them of this and ask them to deduct £5 off your monthly bill.

That's what I got, so only pay about £108 per month for VIP. Only have 2 boxes - 1 TiVo and the other a regular old style V+HD.
