Thanks Ben, but it is impossible to work out the base VIP price on my current bill as there are several extras and they are not itemised. It was so much easier when there was 1 VIP deal and it included everything. Guess I'll have to call!

Free/inclusive 0845/0870 calls is precisely why 0844/0871 numbers were introduced.
