I'd be more concerned with Beth Phoenix' release. She's an awesome talent and a credible women's champion.

She'd obviously prefer to be in TNA where they seem to care about women's wrestling. At least 'E seem to care about tag teams at the minute.

Yes, HHH is pushing the tag division right now and that's long overdue IMO. I'd love to see it as worthy as the days of the Harts, Bulldogs, Demolition etc

WWE isn't getting rid of anyone. Beth Phoenix has decided to not renew her contract and Kelly Kelly asked for her release and was granted it.
They and many other mid-carders are frustrated at their lack of opportunities and it is rumoured than there are more wanting to leave.

I would dump so many of the WWE roster that there would be nobody left to wrestle for them! Trouble is for me, I can't get excited about any of the next generation of stars. I'm still stuck in the Shawn Micheals, Triple H, Flair and Hogan era of WWE. Oh and Undertaker of course.
None of the new breed excites me in the same way, as in I want to watch WWE solely for that person. Closest I ever came to cheering on a new breed was Ted DiBiase Junior, but haven't seen him for ages now.

So yeah CM punk hit's a fan and no further charges will be brought forward.
Story: After exiting through the crowd on MNR, Punk was 'pushed' by a guy to left (by pushed I naturally mean tapped slightly) Punk reacted and assumed it was the guy behind him, swung for him and put him on the floor.

Regardless of what kind of situation he is in, He's a trained athlete regardless of it's scripted fighting he is still built like a machine and judging by his in ring abilities has at least an MMA background. How he's not suspended or in a cell at present time is ridiculous.

The guy involved has supposedly dropped the charges. Tickets to Wrestlemania all inclusive anyone?

I could completely understand if the guy that did in fact touch punk took a shot but there was minimal contact to even justify him hitting the correct guy.

I imagine they would have taken the belt off him had they not already set up Rock vs. Punk for Royal Rumble.

Wow, will have a look later today. For some reason RAW didn't record last night. Think we had a power cut during the night.
