Superhub : wireless but not

got a question for the techeds.


my shrub went off this morning and didn't sync again till a couple of hours ago. now after a reboot as directed by tech support (unfortunately i had to go to work today) and was back on. now though i seem to have lot wireless connection sort of, our phones - my htc one x and galaxy both connect to the shrub but thats it not browsing or checking emails.........nada.


have checked and re-checked the settings on both shrub and phones, but for the life of me can't spot anything.

anyone any ideas or is it new shrub time?

Try changing the wireless channel.

stop all devices connected or trying to connect to the wifi network then pinhole reset. hold down for 20secs or until all the lights go blue. let it load up then try connecting again.

already done that, now fresh out of ideas

Check your security key hasn't changed. My SHub rebooted the other day and reset the security key. Had to change it and update all of my wireless devices.

When all else fails it's high time to acquire a proper router and connect it to a superhub already switched to modem mode.

It's a PITA I know but it's the only way forward IMHO.

Does the SH work with a wired connection?

Had this happen on a load of IOS devices, I just deleted the connections ("Forget This Network") on the devices and then reconnected them again, BINGO!
