Hi guys, newbie to the forum with an issue and hope someone can help. The cable going in to the tivo box doesn't appear to be working properly. I can get audio(sometimes) but no video. Is there any specific way the cabbe should be stripped before connecting to the box? Or any other advice would be appreciated.
You shouldn't need to be doing anything with the co-axial cable that feeds the box from the street. If there is a fault with the TiVo unit, or the incoming service then call Virgin Media to get it fixed.
