V HD : Channel 5 recordings won't play

Wife is mightily peed off as Neighbours recording won't play as "this channel is not part of your package or does not exist". I've checked the Guide and 5 is simply no longer there, HD 5 is though. Hmm, rebooted for 50th time this month and 5 reappeared and the recording will now play. So, it looks like it was there when it recorded, the vanished and then reappeared when I rebooted. Error 2042 round about when it happened.

Anyone else had this sort of thing?

It happens occasionally. A reboot fixes it. Oh, you've discovered that already

Exactly the same access to recordings problem happened to me. I lost all my Neighbours. Both BBC2 and Channel 5 were not on the list of viewable programs. Reboot fixed it.
