From BBC site, very funny

From Dan Kilduff on Twitter: "Have you ever seen a team work so hard as Athletic Bilbao? Like watching 10 Tevez's running around

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Bilbao really should be more clinical. They'll not get this many changes against decent opposition

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Maybe SAF will finally realise the team needs strengthening with decent players, and not a £30m waste-of-space player from Spurs.

Yes l agree but its always going to be reliant on the Glazers loosening the purse strings one suspects.

Maybe the Glazers are considering Fergies position as the euro money will dry up ealy this season, plus I don't think the purse strings are very long anyway.
As for Bilbao, they are as good if not better than Barcelona.
Oh and City have just gone 0 - 1 down

Re: Football Season 2011/12
l think Mancini's position if he does not deliver a trophy this season is looking increasingly precarious as the pressure mounts on him after some poor results.

According to the BBC city aren't in the group, let alone the game!

I think City are deliberately throwing this match.

It just looks strange, as when you expand the match on live scores the Sporting group is next to the City - Sporting game

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Poor show by city...they looked slower than Man Utd was against Athletico
Savic still sends a chill down my spine when he gets the ball
