HI was watching S 8 of two and a half men today tryed 2 watch it again tonight and got this code 0693

If you ring 151 and quote that code i'm sure they'll be able to tell you what that is, try switching your set top box off from the plug and removing the swipe card,giving it a wipe over,replace it and switch the set top box back on, if the problem still happens then there is a fault somewhere.

It means your local servers were too busy. You should try watching again later, or maybe try an SD version if HD gives the error.
