Post Channel 5+1

Much as I applaud the long-needed arrival of C5 to the 'missed a programme' redemption system, I am guessing (based on previous similar situations) Mr Branson and his merry men were yet again unable to negotiate an agreed sum for its appearance on cable.

Although I do have on demand, it is selective and for example did not choose to rebroadcast the Big Brother winner's show, which took me days of research to find on a podcast. As TVOD is not exhaustive there is still a need for 5+1 on Virgin, and do note 5*+1 is now online, so clearly able to pay the presumably far lower price for that.

So is there any chance whatsoever it will eventually arrive on my screen? It is very useful and used it many times on C4 since its arrival and would be extremely useful now Big Brother is coming back next week (OK, I know it wouldn't be on by then, but a perfect example of why it's needed).

Channel 5+1 will be added in the first quarter of next year. On VM you have catch Up TV anyway.

already discussed HERE too, which may answer your question
