Future Services you'd like to see on VM TIVO
What features do you think would improve the TIVO service ?
The movie streaming services would get my vote , and possibly tempt me back to VM if the price for the services was right.

I tried to think of features that weren't confirmed as coming , we all know multiroom streaming , red button etc will be added.

Personally i voted for the dynamic EPG,i rarely watch films and those i do watch i usually buy to keep on DVD,or very occasionally buy a film from filmflex and for me i do not really want to watch tv shows on the go ie Laptop tablet, mobile streaming of shows or the other options ,still really cannot believe an all singing all dancing box does not have a dynamic EPG.

Yes it would be nice to get the movies streaming services sometime soon as at the right price l think quite a lot of people would be interested.

Completely agree with Richard1960.
Out of the list given, a dynamic EPG would benefit everyone immensely and its free

Re: Future Services you'd like to see on VM TIVO
I'm not sure I'd be that interested in something like LoveFilm. I've been a by post customer of theirs in the past and ended up cancelling because I just wasn't watching what they sent me. If it was to appear as another ppv option to go alongside FilmFlex rather than a subscription service like Anytime then it may have some merit.
I don't know how Netflix will do here - they certainly have better backing, and content deals, than SeeSaw did.
For me, I'd like a fully functioned web browser which amongst other things would give people an alternative way to access iPlayer and YouTube on the odd occasion when their TiVo apps are experiencing issues, and also full HD menus.

I voted for HD menu's and I hope from this you will stay in one menu with live at present TV channel you were watching in the top right corner like you do with the HD ones!
Also at the moment I find the apps and games very uninspiring, what VM need is
Making apps more interactive eg EBay allowing you to sell something for example
A mobile TiVo app created for controlling the STB including keyboard entry, also with a TV guide to allow for remote recording!
These would make TiVo position unbeatable in the world of STB's

There are already apps for remote recording on Android and iOS and also the mobile web TV Guide.
Also the TiVo buddy app for iOS is around but not released yet.

As did I. And, as you said, it is not imminent even though both Freeview and Sky (and presumably Freesat) manage to provide this most basic function.
I will not consider getting a Tivo box, for which they charge an additional £3 per month, unless I am forced to (IIRC VM said they wanted everyone to have Tivo, thereby replacing all the V+ boxes), unless there is a dynamic EPG. Even then it's highly unlikely with this extra charge. For me to voluntarily have Tivo it would have to be free and there would have to be a dynamic EPG.

Hi Stephen,
I find the web TV guide with TiVo login a bit flaky to say the least with using apple mobile devices, with getting login error messages
What is the name of the app for the Apple IOS?
Thanks
Mark
