Re: On Demand Sky Movies (Sky Anytime)
I have had the same problem "empty folders"
I noticed last night that if you scroll down to the "all" folder at the bottom of the list you can access the films in alphabetical order.

Thanks very much for your reply
I have noticed the 'all' folder plus the other folders i did not mention have films in them
Have you reported this problem by phone or to the virgin media community forum
If not, can you do so please. The Virgin community forum told me they had no other reports but were going to investigate the problem
Thanks again for your reply

Re: On Demand Sky Movies (Sky Anytime)

I did notice the problem a couple of days ago and knowing the glitches that surround the tivo box at the moment I havent reported it to virgin .
Just thought they would sort it out shortly.
I will phone them up in the morning if its still a problem then.
To be honest It hasnt bothered me too much because I am still watching the films via the "all" folder.
I will report back here if there is any news to report after phoning them.
I havent tried rebooting the box yet or trying to see if that makes any difference to it.I will have a look at the service status shortly to see if there is anything mentioned regarding the problem.

I have just checked the service status regarding missing films on sky anytime.
There is a known fault "channels missing with a fault number".I will await Sunday the 11th thats when the fault should be sorted.heres hoping !.
Must be a wide spread fault then, you are in bedfordshire i am in Lancashire

I havent tried to access sky anytime movies on my pc for a while I will just check this out to see if its coming up with an error
