Re: AGC Signal Levels & Return Power Level
Your return power is fine. I can't comment on the AGCs without knowing what the tuners were doing at the time.
But if you have a fault (and you do), you should report it to VM regardless of what the diagnostics say.

Phoned Virgin yesterday to tell them that pic was breaking up & that last week i lost all of my channels for a while, when i got home last night i was watching a recording of Mike & Molly on Paramount & after 5minutes the picture froze but you could still here the people talking then i switch over to Gold to watch a bit of only Fools n horses & when they were talking there mouths started to go all fuzzy n break up, so my Tivo must have a major problem & this has only started since the 15.2 update be for that my Tivo was fine.

Re: AGC Signal Levels & Return Power Level
It's more likely a signal fault than the TiVo. But either way you need a tech visit.

Re: AGC Signal Levels & Return Power Level
I got something similar last night.. switched on the Tivo at about 1am and it was complaining of no network connection, and switching to any other channel than BBC1 caused an error. Rebooted and it was fine.
I've been having bad breakup recently as well, coinciding with the weather getting worse (it was throwing it down at 1am). Wonder of one of the cables is letting water in..
