The IVR will recognise you are a TiVo customer, you can report it via our Community Forum as it's peak time for callers at the moment.

Re: TIVO Update = Constant Crashes/Restarts

Anybody on this forum going to say the TiVo update went well and everything is Rosie! I am siting watching my boringly reliable V+ Samsung box and starting to worry myself what I am getting into with on TiVo install in December!

This negativity about this update is nearly as depressing as watching Robert Peston on the BBC News

Re: TIVO Update = Constant Crashes/Restarts

No probs with my 1tb box since the update either. All looking good here. Time to think about a baby Tivo for my bedroom and move the V+ into daughters bedroom.
