Upgraded 50Mb to 100MB and now worse off

Hi,

I was upgraded to 100Mb yesterday from 50Mb and the speeds are averaging 20Mb/50Mb more often in the lower end. When on the 50Mb I was getting 49Mb+ constant as I used to test it nearly every day. So why has it now changed so badly. I was already on the superhub, but was given a new one for some reason. Could it now be that I have a dodgy hub? Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Also, the new upload seems to be pretty much static at around 6.7Mb.

Thanks
Setch

that is so gay it is unbelievable, if i knew it was working fine i would have insisted I kept my old hub. The only reason i can think that they wanted to replace it is if they have got the new batch in and fixed the wireless issues

No it's because the PDA insists you change it out, the tech should have closed the job by calling up to keep old hub

I called the 100Mb support last night, they advised that the power supply was not powerful enough as it was only a 1 amp and should be 1.5. Also my power levels are not good. Getting a visit on Friday to have it all corrected.
