l will second that but Capello has shown in the past his unwillingness to have a plan B or C.

England don't have a good alternative though, he's by far their best player and thats why they are desperate for his ban to be kept to a minimum. They know if its any more than one game they will struggle to get out the group no matter what other countries are in it.
I just don't understand how they can expect a one game ban when they are giving out longer bans themselves for much more minor incidents.

Better question is how can they expect a one game ban when its Uefa were talking about? Platini would love nothing more than to see England suffer whether it be club or International football. Get Ian Holloway to tell it how it is again!

I don't think it has changed much.
Not a fan of Beckham, but was always impressed with his work ethic, and attitude.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
I am watching the Spain v Scotland game, and l have never watched so much crap in my life, what the hell are Scotland doing, they are allowing too much space for Spain and the defence is all over the place.
No wonder Scotland never achieve anything, they are poor and need to go back to the drawing board - very poor, l hope in the second half they can produce something, they are 2-0 down and have got to win, on this performance no chance.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
This game has proved that Premier League are petrified of Rooney and Man Utd, here is a ref that has the bottle to send a spolit little brat off for a blatant foul that could have broken the players leg, and the FA are begging for a soft sentence, this is why they don't have a brain.
IF it was a player from a lower division, they wouldn't bother.

Re: Football Season 2011/12
Liverpool have raised the possibility of breaking away from the shared rights deal for Television in the League:
Quote:
The deal that shares television's billions equally between Premier League clubs is facing its biggest threat to date after Liverpool announced they would lead a challenge for overseas TV rights to be sold on a club-by-club basis.

That would be a big game changer...

Will?? Are they mind readers?
Yes it may happen but until MCFC announce it then it's "could" rather than "will"
