I have now come to the conclusion that the big delays in new channel releases are due to customers always emailing the ceo's office, and 99% of his /her time is completely wasted dealing with what we would basically call junk mail. If you honestly think the ceo reads your mail or even has time to "Get Real" its done by assistants and secretaries, Stop the name dropping of mentioning the ceo thinking you'll get a personal answer with inside information on a rumour cos he's read your letter and you've had a reply from him , IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN.

Not true. We emailed CEO's office and 20 minutes later got a phone call from someone high up in the office. I won't say who as I wouldn't want to name drop.

I DO agree the HD Boys incessant emailing will achieve nowt as they will get ****ed off beyond belief with it.

Very true and when I contact people and post the reply I take all the names out. It is very few and far between when I contact someone, As I know they have got more important jobs to do.
