The LANKY boys are the new county champions.
With no highly paid overseas stars, lots of lads that have come from the local leagues and tipped for relegation at the start of the season a truly magnificent performance.

Jim.

The icing on the cake.... The Yorkshire puddings were relegated. |

Well India the much heralded tour team from the sub continent has gone home with the tail between its legs after a total thrashing in the Test and ODI series with them not winning one game at all.

Or wether the players will still be carrying injuries and or lack of preparation ,should be an interestng mini series that will show possibly how far England have come if we are competitive in indias back yard. |

And in india they will be hard virtually grassless pitches which helps their bowlers, and possibly they will be suited to Andersons style of fast bowling, but not so much to Englands more skiddy medium pacers.
