The only latest info I have is ''Sky atlantic and ITV HD are in active talks'' with Virgin.
But that info was given to me about two weeks ago.

My (new) bill seems very simple to understand - it tells me that I paid my previous bill, it tells me what I owe for this bill, shows how the bill is made up (what is in my bundle, and the price I pay for it), and any credits I receive - what's hard to understand?

Maybe yours is easy to understand but l can assure you that my bill online has charges and debits here there and everywhere and none of it is clearly laid out to be easily understandable.

The reduction is for Sky Movies from 21.50 to 19.50 on VM I believe , but isn't Sky Movies on Sky only 16.00
