Tivo can definitely record radio, I've just tested it in the office

Thanks! Do you reckon with everyone upgrading to Tivo there will be lots of Samsung boxes going spare? Tivo is very tempting....

Not everybody is upgrading to TiVo, it has been mentioned though that Samsung is the only available box now for V+ service new or replacement!

Radio recording was a major reason for my upgrading. My V+ did not record radio.

Just use the Radio Downloader to download the shows off iPlayer in mp3 so you can play anywhere. It allows you to set up subscriptions to download series.
