Ask the developers. It could be the update is in progress but takes ages to get approved by Apple.

I've just tried and no you can't. So I am guessing it must be a contractual thing with Sky. Pretty annoying really!

The activation needs to be tested on TiVo, my guess is it's in the next code drop.

I would guess the two are not related as the sound also cuts out when you exit the guide or menu for a second or two.

Check your online billing, the last credits are being added this month.

Random reboots
I've had my tivo since April with no problems (except for the known issues) but for the last few weeks I've been having random reboots on a daily basis. What usually happens is when I watch a recording it will freeze for a minute or so, start playing again for few minutes then all of a sudden reboots itself. I don't know if it is connected with having a second tivo installed a few weeks ago, as it never happened before then. Should I phone faults or is this a known issue? Any help is much appreciated.
