Virgnmedia does not want to charge its customers the HD multiroom fee, So go to ofcom stating Sky has forced the premium multiroom charge.

Although i suspect it could be to do with the per box HD charge but who knows pure speculation.

I think a lot of people give Sky Arts a miss because of the name.
I watch quite a bit of rock music stuff on this channel.
I was at the Download rock festival this year and Sky Arts showed
four hours of it.(the only channel to show it).
Tune in, you might be surprised.
