Re: Superhub Firmware Beta Test
I'll try, but it's sounding like it might force a resync anyway, just out of spite. Thanks for the Win7 tip, at least I'll have the info to try with.

Re: Superhub Firmware Beta Test
They actually seem to be doing what everyone has been telling them to do for months and actually listen and respond on the forums. They even have people trying to replicate issues that users are having now. Much better than the previous beta forums where most threads would get ignored.
Shame they didn't start this months ago, maybe R29 wouldn't have taken so long then.

It is of little consequence as to when the second device comes out as it is not a replacement and will be supplied alongside the present Superhub, you will receive whatever device the order picker lifts off the shelf because it will work in virtually the same way as the existing model and is also called Superhub.

Ok? As you say "virtually" what are the differences?
Or is the new one just as bad/good? (Accepting that some people have had no problems, and some apparently have!)
So it is from Hauwei then?
Does it look the same?

Re: Superhub Firmware Beta Test
It will look identical but I believe there is a slight change on the inside I can't disclose

It will look identical but use a different chipset in order to ensure a constant supply of the device.
I have had a Superhub since February with no issues whatsoever as per most of the ones out on the network which is in the hundreds of thousands at this time.
Until a couple of days ago my Superhub had been online for more than 80 days but now I am on the R29 trial again without issue, so do not believe everything you read on a forum.
My ping is a little high but probably because I am downloading at the same time, below is my speed on 30Mb.

From the choice of 1 EuroDocsis (Broadcom) approved chipsets available and in current production??
That is given that Intel bought the rights to the TI PUMA chipset and suspended its production??
I assume you guys knew this before you replied??
Certainly Chello, ConHem, Ziggo knew it ....[COLOR="Silver"]

OK so you are not able to reply to the question.
I assume that is because you don't have the basic facts in front of you.

I'm made up for you , but from my perspective its a pile of junk which isn't fit for purpose. I'm on 30mb and the Damn thing constantly resets itself , wireless is the most painful experience I've ever had with any router period.
