Like I said its great news Sky has got good results from Offcom and is still improving. It shows they're listening to customers.

Predictable or not its irrelevant, I'm in allowed to have an opinion and I'm allowed to be very pleased Sky has good results in the ofcom survey. Infact I'm over the moon they beat VM lol.

oh how i wish they had asked me a week ago or this morning .
To complete the catalog of errors that is a sky instalation the engineer turned up this morning to install the second multiroom booked last week and charged five times for ,only to say he didn't have any splitters so had to come back next wednesday.
i miss my Virgin
