i dont care who owns it as long as the service improves and we all get a good deal something which is lacking now too many packages too confusing about time it was standard tarrifs again

And yet you apparently posted that from outside the UK. Unless you are on a VM connection and using either VPN or an Anonymous proxy, VM's lack of good performance on pings won't affect you.
