That's for new customers. This is the existing customers offer. Will cost you £20 for the STB.

Sorry Richard P. In a nutshell it was upgrading my STB to VHD box on the website, as i couldn't initially find where I could do it online, and when i called 150 they had no knowledge of the online offer, but thanx to the above guys I got it sorted! well in some shape!!! to be continued....................hopefully not and all will will work fantastically well!
