It does work for a lot of people. A lot more than are having problems with it. Hence the title of this thread

It's not the numners of uncomplianing users that defines this wretched device as being anything but Super.
It has buggy firmware and seriously so; it is seriously feature lame; it was offered without bridge mode to allow users who needed more features to conveniently attach a decent router.
Just because it's been great for you doesn't make this self-evident piece of rubbish aptly named "Super".
When VM bring out the replacement for the existing so called Superhub what spin will we have fu with as they explain away the dumping of this bug ridden lame thing.
This saga hasn't been VM's finest hour.

There has already been a warning by another team member. It's actually in the t&cs about name calling of VM devices.
Peoples opinions are one thing but using silly names is an other thing.

I don't find it buggy or rubbish at all.
The other superhub will be the same device from another supplier so it really won't be all that different. They will both be used together, the current one will not be getting dumped.
Just called it the hub then if you don't think it's that super.

Well seen as I am not an install tech then that would be none
I just meant if you don't think it's super drop the word and just call it a hub.

Re: Superhub is nowhere near as bad as people say!
It is easy we have the standard Docsis 1/2 10Mb/20Mb hub and we have the Docsis 3 hub 30Mb and above.
