I was overcharged by £20 on my first Tivo bill. The situation has been rectified - make sure you check it!!!!!!!

Which is £5 cheaper than what it should be.

AFAIK they should have just taken off the V+ monthly fee, but instead for some reason they've added another STB discount of £15 instead.

I would have thought this is a billing error as presumeably there should be either a VIP bundle saving or a Mates Rates saving, not both.

The Mates Rates is a fixed saving is on top of the standard bundle price of XL Plus or above, so you have to have both for it to work

What is wrong is the double additional box discount.

+ £36.50 for Sky Premiums so £70.15 in total.

Indeed, I think I'm correct in saying that and the V+ HD charge shouldn't be on there? So it works out at £5 less than it should be.

Actually my friend who goes out to work every day, busting his gut in a low paid job, is subsidising my home entertainment, I'm sure he'd prefer to get another £34 a month in his pay packet, but instead VM want to give it to me.

I don't see the problem personally. Each job has its own perks and VM should be no different. If you want to get cheaper entertainment in the same way then work for VM.
