It's not free as in doesn't show on the bill for those TiVo upgrades, it's discounted to make it cost nothing - same as it is in VIP.

So they'll see a £6.50 credit on the bill, which is already factored into the VIP bundle discount

The billing is very confusing and should show actually what the discounts have been allocated to.

Because of the level of discount VIP bundle customer already get - which included the free STB, they are not eligible for the offer.

Remember VIP 50 and 100 customers already get the TiVO fee and Sky HD included along with the second STB

My bill at the present time is 103.00 but would you advise me to go on a VIP 50 bundle and would this give me a better deal then l currently have.

l have copied and pasted in the billing section under a couple of billing questions so all it needs now is for someone to decipher them for me .
