Re: Tech Guy did it perfect
I feel happy knowing that taxpayers are the ones footing the bill for this dolts escapades through VM's complicated billing system.
I look forward to him moving up to the 1.5gb business trials!

He would have to change his name to londoncable and go to one of the London businesses in trial for that to happen

Don't know about the flow of the thread Maggy as ATDMA and SCDMA are already mentioned and are both part of the DOCSIS 2 platform which the thread is about.
I can see the problem moving individual posts to it though.

SCDMA is less efficient than ATDMA. 128QAM requires an insane upstream SNR, 64QAM is a challenge for operators to push to let alone another 3dB to cater to 128QAM and after overheads it doesn't actually provide anything more than 64QAM ATDMA.
SCDMA does indeed have a purpose, it is more resilient in the presence of burst noise that ATDMA, however horses for courses. If it were so evidently superior everyone would be doing it. They aren't.

Could you please take such discussions to this thread to prevent it being taken any further off topic.Thank you.

Re: Tech Guy did it perfect
I clearly don't understand tax/business law, how or rather, why would the government foot the bill for someone's inability to decide on a product?
