"Sex and coffee" trigger stroke
I would have thought they were more likely to cause burns.....

I think he's referring to menstruation and menstruate, and what a nice bit of info to have for the wife when she's on one of her mood swings.

I'd think it would be quite high though, well beyond "straining to defecate".
