I just notice that our street box is all damaged and the cover is off.

Which dept' do I call to get this fixed asap? No wonder our connections are rubbish!! GEEZ

as pip has posted, the phone number and link are in a thread from the last few days, there was no need to open a new thread.

The box being open shouldn't be making your connection "rubbish", the cabinet will just be lying down or something, if it has been damaged, you would either have a very interminable connection, or more likely no connection at all
