Of course it's relevant! It means that your broadband is unaffected by the tv service and the tv service has it's own broadband which is not depending on the broadband! Brilliant!

I think this 10mbit thing is a bit of a marketing ploy as the V+ downloads its on demand stuff through its own connection which doesnt interfere with your BB connection.
