V+ quick question for when I get V+HD moved?

So getting tivo installed on the 28th and having my v+hd boxed moved upstairs into bedroom. Will the engineer need to setup the v+hd box to a TV? The only reason I ask is that the bedroom is like a building site as I'm working on it so no HD tv in there. Theres no cable going to the bedroom so a new one and wall point would have to be added. Hopefully the engineer will just add the new wall point and thats it. I could put a little portable in there if needed but that hasn't got a hdmi only scart?

I think you will find that he will need to check the signal strength and quality from the new outlet. He may be able to do this with an instrument. If not you will have to temporarily connect a TV.

He should be able to test on a normal tv via scart tho? if so I'll just stick one in there

Yes! It makes no difference as far as testing the signal, HDMI or Scart.
