I asked this on a seperate thread - maybe it belonged here so sorry.

I just received my bill :

I am on VIP20 with no extras. My service charge on the bill is Â£100.04 - does that sound right as VIP50 is only Â£100.55?

Depending when you took out VIP20, yes.

Which is why we keep on saying it's worth going up to VIP 50 especially if/when you take TiVo

I was one of the first people on VIP pack as it was then (cost Â£86/mo). I cannot afford TIVO right now but that extra download might help my streaming US tv (legally - I have a slingbox over there).

are we really talking a few pence differential? if that is the case then upgrade here I come.

Well there would be a Â£20 activation fee I believe (install of 50Mbit is currently free for upgrades)

But the price of VIP 50 would definately be Â£100.55

just went for it Ben but the young lady was adament that in April the activation went up to Â£30. - coming on saturday

I think that it has been said that the Â£30 activation fee is from the weekend?

Yes. You get free install when upgrading to 50Mbit, you have to pay the activation

Currently on VIP50 with Tivo, V+ and V HD Box.
In addition I have the Asian package and Caller Display.
Have been paying the Â£3 per month for Tivo since my install in Feb but my April bill has gone up by around Â£9 and now stands at Â£123.10.

Checked the bundle online and it comes to Â£120.10 excl Â£3 for Tivo.

So is the TiVo charge deffo included in the VIP50 package in which case I need to call CS?

Depends on who you speak to at CS!
Had a long rant - spoke to 3 managers before someone agreed it should be excluded for VIP50
They have to show the charge on your bill, but then should apply a Â£3 credit to the bill.
My charge for 1 Tivo plus 1 V+HD box i3 Â£ 100.55 plus Â£2.05 for caller display.
Keep at 'em until you get the right price

i'm on vip 50 with 100 meg bb with 1x tivo and 1x v+ there charging me Â£120.55 that can't be right can it?
