What a nightmare but after speaking to 9 diferent people today, each telling me something different I've got a Tivo coming on tuesday and have kept my discounts. This box better be worth it!

Phoned virgin and they confirmed loyalty discount should not have been removed. System went down so have to call me back on thursday. Do virgin media systems always go down. I see there are many on here that did not lose loyalty discounts.

Hi all

If I currently pay Â£6.50 on M+(Starter), can someone tell me apart from the Â£149.99 fee for the Tivo box, how much extra will it cost me a month in addition to what I pay now?

...because at the moment Virgin have muddied the waters with the 500GB Baby Tivo and now I don't know weather to wait for that one instead.

I think that the charge will be Â£8 pm for customers on M+ and L.

You can't get the 1TB TiVo without upgrading to XL

So that would be a total increase of Â£21 including the Â£3 TiVo fee

You will be able to get the 500GB TiVo for an Â£8 a month increase (for the TiVo fee)

So as I currently pay Â£5.00 a month for the V+HD Box, in real terms the 500GB Tivo will only be a monthly increase for me of Â£3?
