VOD On Demand not working in Folkestone

I was wanting to watch some catch up tv today and keep getting a message about high demand in my area-never seen it before and seems a bit strange.

Does anyone know of any issues in the Folkestone area at the mo?

Did it say that you had a problem as i checked my number and it said i had a problem with ON DEMAND.
