			Just taken the family out for Mothers' Day Sunday lunch. I had -
 Pate and toast
 Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast and boiled potatoes, lots of different veg
 Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ice Cream
 Large glass of Shiraz
 
 Nap time, perhaps......
