TV On demand

What is the problem with the TV on demand service. there is only one programme available today. On some days the progs. are available very quickly while sometimes you need to wait for the next day. Why is this, can somebody explain (in simple terms)

I think that mostly it is down to the service providers and it can also be down to VM having problems uploading them as well. Not fully sure this is correct as someone will be along to correct me ( as usual )

Re: TV On demand

In this vein, is there something specifcally wrong with Demand 5. I religiously watch Neighbours (yes I know that makes me very sad, especially for admitting it) but it has magically still not appeared for either today or yesterday. I know that very little is offered on Demand 5 anyway but it seems more sparse than usual.

Re: TV On demand

The national fault for On demand as of 1000 Wed 16/3 has been fixed in St Albans, Herts AL3

The fix for the on demand content issue should be fixed by Mar 18th at 1800, so virgin media told me this morning

Re: TV On demand

Thanks for the update. I didn't even think that it could be a fault, what with demand 5 being patchy at best.

In the mean time I'll watch Neighbours from the Channel 5 website
