I want a new game
Hey peeps,
I fancy a new game and have a few in mind, however need your opinions. Now I have seen a couple mention Battlefield BC, was also thinking about MoH and also TDU2 (I did have this on pre order with Amazon, but then decided against it). was also thinking about Monopoly Streets, but as thats mainly American based, its put me off a bit.
Any Feedback?

Re: I want a new game
I'm in the same Boat MadGamer. I need a new game, but don't know what.
I'm not really an online type gamer, apart from the odd online race in GT5/Forza and I'm not keen on TDU2 as its a bit arcadey for me.
I completed the single player MoH Tier1 in about 3 hours

Re: I want a new game
You could always join an online game rental scheme? I've hardly bought any games in the let year. Saved me a fortune but I still get to play all the new games and some older one I may have missed. Or just maybe not sure about.

Re: I want a new game
I do tend to rent games from the local Blockbuster, as I use my Nectar points (500 points = 1 game for 5 nights) so I don't have to pay the £7.99 fee

they dont ALWAYS have the latest titles for the 360 though (but doesn't matter much as I've got a PS3 now anyway)

I was more thinking of Lovefilm or boomerang games who I use.
£14.99 a month for 2 games at a time and you can keep them as long as you want, just keep a list of games on the site and once you post them back for free they will send you an other one. A much better way of getting to play the latest games or games you want to try but wouldn't want to buy.
They have cheaper packages too.

Re: I want a new game
what about Battlefield Bad Company 2 plus the Vietnam map pack?
I would go for the VIP version as it comes with free maps.

Re: I want a new game
Hmmm... The packages that Boomerang offer seem rather attractive, I'd never need to buy a game again

Re: I want a new game
Honestly why pay £40 for a game you may only play for a few months. When for £15 a month you can rent games and after a few weeks send it back for something else? With free postage remember.
Currently I have need for speed and god of war 3 which I have had since Christmas! Making sure I play it to death before sending back.

How does renting games work regards Online Passes? For example when I bought FIFA 11 there was a code to use to activate online play, if you buy the game second hand, you have to pay for the code. 'Cos apart from that, it sounds like a good idea.

Re: I want a new game
You get a free trial for 48 hrs and have to buy a pass after that. I hate that EA and others have started to do this.
