UPnP super hub and xbox

Super hub and XBOX 360.

From what I can see the UPnP only opens up port 3074 which is only one of a number of ports that should open for Xbox live.

This port is also listed in the table after the Xbox is turned off along with a number of other ports my wife’s windows 7 laptop seems to open.

I checked the super hub again after two days where the Xbox and laptop had not been turned on and they were still listed in the table.

If I open the ports manually I have read online that you should not use UPnP, use only one or another not both. Is this true?

The super hub also says that if you disable UPnP port forwarding will not work?

Re: UPnP super hub and xbox

I have had no problems, but thought it best to have the ports open? Should the ports listed on the super hubs UPnP list not disappear and close when the Xbox is turned off?
